ITINERARY:

Reception at Tapachula’s airport. Transportation to the Farm. Welcoming and dinner.
Get installed in your cabin at Argovia Hotel. Six Exclusive cabins, in the middle of nature, in a very pleasant campirano atmosphere.

8:30 A.M. Breakfast at the Farm’s restaurant (included)
9:30 A.M. Tour in the coffee plantation: we will discover everything regarding the subtle art of growing coffee. We will learn to recognize different species and varieties, their threats and their cares throughout the year. Besides, we will walk through a fascinating ecosystem with an extensive diversity of native flora and fauna. We will visit the facilities of the humid and dry benefit to learn all the stages of coffee’s transformation process.

3:00 p.m. Supper at the Farms’s restaurant, Land of Coffee. (included)
4:30 p.m. Coffee toasting, sampling and tasting
Dinner at Argovia Hotel (included.)

8:00 A.M. Breakfast included in the Farm’s Restaurant.
9:00 A.M. Tour of tropical plants: Our journey will begin in the area where wood, shade and ornamental trees are grown. We will then continue with the ecological water recycling plant and the area of organic matter where specific earthworms transform the by-products of coffee and the fields into nutrients for further crops, achieving a growing technique that’s friendly with the environment. We will then pass to the area of ornamental plants where we will walk through orchards of a great variety of exotic flowers and tropical foliages (heliconias, hawaianas, maracas, anturios, dracaenas, palms, bamboos, etc.).

2:00 p.m. Supper included in the Restaurant of the property.
6:00 p.m. Energizing walk to the farm’s viewing-point where we will enjoy a magnificent view of the zone and sight see the dusk in the middle of the mountains.
Dinner at Argovia Hotel (included.)

7:00 A.M. Make a mountain bike journey in the paths of the farm (optional).
9:30 A.M. Breakfast included in the Farm’s restaurant.
10:30 A.M. Visit to Violeta Farm, a left property that was populated by a second generation of the Giesemann Family. It will be a trip in the past where we will discover the way of life of the families of coffee growers decades ago. This Farm conserves furniture the last century, as well as books, pictures, kitchen tools, etc. It is an unforgettable experience. We will then return to Argovia Farm.

1:30 p.m. Supper included in the Farm’s Restaurant. The afternoon is free to enjoy the surroundings.
Dinner included at Argovia Hotel.

8:30 A.M. Breakfast included in the Farm’s Restaurant.
You will visit the flowers packing area, where you will learn the delicate process that is carried out to prepare flowers for their final destinies such as the city of Monterrey or some cities in the United States. You will have supper and afterwards we will transport you to Tapachula’s airport to take your flight back home.

HAB. DBL: $ 5,850 Pesos - Double room, 2 persons per room, with one or 2 double beds.
HAB. TPL: $ 5,550 Pesos - Triple room, 3 persons per room, with 2 double beds.
HAB. SGL: $ 7,900 Pesos - Single room, 1 person per room, with one or 2 double beds.
BOY: $ 4,500 Pesos - From 2 to 12 years of age, sharing with one or 2 adults, with 2 double beds.

These prices Include:
Lodging: 4 nights in a cabin at Argovia Hotel.
Transportation: From Tapachula’s airport to Argovia Farms and back to the airport and the 5 days of excursion.
Guide in Spanish: During the 5 days of excursion. (This summer we have the same price in English or French)
Tours and visits: Coffee plantation tour, benefit visit, coffee tasting, tour of tropical plants and exotic flowers, walk to the viewing-point, tour in mountain bicycle, visit to Violeta Farm.

Prices do not include 15% tax (IVA) and do not include any other service mentioned previously.

Needed for your trip:
